Kristina Valenkova was born in Kerch, Ukraine in 1990. From 2008 to 2022, she lived and worked in St. Petersburg. In 2014, graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture named after I.E. Repin. From 2021 to 2023, studied at the BAZA Institute of Contemporary Art in Moscow. Currently residing in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Christina works with digital graphics, environments for creating computer games, videos, small sculptural forms, and print graphics. An important factor in choosing material for her is the possibility of creating a template form or pattern, whether it's a printout, a cast, digital scanning, or video recording, as a way to preserve memory by creating various archives and reliving what has been saved.
