The current Iteration project is a series of monotypic prints based on the repetition of the plot, where each print remains unique and fundamentally irreproducible.
Repetition in this series is used as a way to fix the displacement: each new impression becomes not a copy, but a new version of the image. Thus, the project considers memory as a process of rewriting, in which the desire for preservation gradually leads to the loss of its original form.
All the images refer to different subjects, but the only important thing that unites them is that these images can be described as scenes of a borderline state: between peace and threat, visible and hidden, presence and disappearance.
